Campout Attendance:

Everyone that attends an overnight or camp out must have current health forms and YPT on file to participate.  Printed copies of your health forms should be submitted to Pack Trainer (currently Aaron Sobel).

If you are looking for suggested camping equipment lists, please see the FAQ on the New Parents page or Downloads Page.

Health Forms:

  •  One (1) form is required for each member of your family that may participate.  This includes parents and siblings.

  • It must be updated every year, so forms from last year are not valid.

  • The forms must be printed out and turned in to Activities Chair (or designee) at the pack meeting.

  • We must have a print copy of your form(s) for you to participate in camp out and all other overnight activities.

  • Activities Chair will compile a book and safe guard all the information on the forms.

  • We will monitor completion of the form in scout track as the adult training “Health and Safety Training”

Youth Protection Training (YPT):

In order to complete YPT training, you will need to create a MyScouting account.  The website has a short video that will walk you through the process of creating a new account. After you log in, click on the Youth Protection Training link (as seen in this picture):

  • YPT is required for all adults who may participate in a scout event (this includes camp outs, den meetings, outings, anything), so it is best to have every adult in the household complete it.

  • YPT training is valid for 2 years.

  • Completion will be monitored in ScoutTrack under “Youth Protection Training”.

Sign-Up Forms:

The pack will create sign-up forms to help track who plans to attend each campout or overnight trip.

Payment Methods:

Payment is due by the sign up close date.  You may pay with any of the following:

  • Pay with your PayPal* account (send payment to
  • Pay with cash at the Pack meeting
  • Pay with check made payable to "Pack 1103" at the Pack meeting
  • Pay with credit card on the sign-up form page

* The pack can accept credit card payments via PayPal, but we are charged a processing fee when we do.  The processing fee is 4%, so for a $100 charge, the pack is charged $4.00.  In order to cover the processing fee, the pack asks those paying via credit cards for a larger payment to add 4% to the total to cover the processing fee.

Additional payments and credit card processing fees can be avoided completely if you already have a PayPal account. It is just as easy (and costs less) if you transfer money directly to the pack (, instead of paying by credit card.
